Chicken and broccoli casserole 

2 packages of boneless chicken - breast or thighs or a combo

2 packages of frozen broccoli

1 1/2 cups mayonaise  (12 oz)

1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese  (12 oz)

2/3 cup of Half & Half 

2 t lemon juice  (use fresh lemon)

1 t curry powder

2 cans cream of chicken soup (Campbell's)


Saute the chicken in a little water until the pink is gone. Drain and cool, then cut into cubes and put in a 9x13 baking dish. Cook the broccoli, drain and squeeze the excess water out and add to the baking dish. In a large bowl mix the  remaining 6 ingredients and pour over the chicken and broccoli. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.
