Chiles Rellenos Bake

                         350*  13x9x2 baking dish

 


10 large eggs

1 cup sour cream

1/4 tsp. salt

1 tsp. hot pepper sauce

2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese

2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies,

       undrained

1 lb. hamburger (browned & crumbles)


 

With wire wish, beat together eggs, sour cream, salt and pepper sauce.  Stir in hamburger, cheeses, and chilies.  Pour into baking dish and bake uncovered about

45 mins. or until golden brown and set in center.  Allow to set 5 minutes before cutting into 8 servings.

 

1 lb. cut-up grilled chicken breasts may be used in place of the hamburger.
