Dreamsicle Dessert –
2 cups boiling water
3 pkg Sugar Free Jello
(small 3 oz. size)
12 or 20 oz. Container, plus enough cold water to make 3 cups
8 oz. PHILADELPHIA Cream
STIR boiling water into
gelatin in bowl until completely dissolved (about 2 min).
Stir in 7-Up and cold water.
BEAT cream cheese in bowl
(big enough to hold everything) with electric mixer on medium speed until
smooth. Gradually add the
gelatin/7-Up/water mixture to the cream cheese, mixing on low speed until well
POUR into mold or individual
containers and chill until firm (about 4 hours)
