Mark's Fish Thing

1 box Towne House Crackers

1 LB scallops (chopped)

2 lb. haddock

lemon pepper

1 tsp. lemon juice

3 sticks melted butter

1. Crush crackers. Combine crackers, scallops,

lemon pepper, lemon juice, and butter. Mix well.

2. Place haddock on bottom of 9x13 casserole dish.

3. Sprinkle cracker mixture over haddock.

4. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350
