1 cup flour
1 stick margarine (soft)
1 cup of chopped nuts ( I make extra for topping )
I crumble all of this with my fingers
then pat in a 9x13 inch pan.
bake this in a preheated 350 degree
oven for 15 minutes.
1 cup confectioners sugar
1 cup cool whip ( I put more in - thaw it out a little too )
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese ( room temp )
Mix all together - I use my electric mixer
it comes out a lot smoother. Spread this on
2 pkgs.of instant or regular pistachio pudding.
I only used 3 cups of milk - following pkg.
directions. Spread this on top of cream cheese
mixture and then add the rest of the cool whip,
top with remaining nuts and you have your dream
pie. You could used pistachio nuts I used walnuts.
