Sausage Bread

1 lb. Italian sausage

1 lb. frozen bread dough

1 10 oz. frozen spinach

1 8 oz. package shredded mozzarella cheese

Thaw frozen dough on a slightly greased rectangle

pan-when thawed- stretch dough to cover pan.

Add cooked and drained sausage down the center of

dough-then add cooked spinach(squeeze out real good)

I sprinkle a little garlic powder on top of spinach

the package of mozzarella cheese goes on top of spinach

Now, make four slices on each side of dough about an

inch away from food - braid the dough tucking ends under

brush dough with egg wash and bake in a preheated oven

at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
