EiBou's Stromboli
Makings for Stromboli ......
1lb frozen bread dough
1 small jar Progresso sweet peppers (drained)
1/4 lb. sliced ham (your preference)
1/4 lb. hard salami
1/4 lb. provolone cheese
you can make your own fillings for your
stromboli and add more if you want.
Thaw dough - I put my dough on a 10/16
inch rectangle pan -and put all the Ingredients
down the center starting with the cold
meat - first the ham and salami on top
then the jar of peppers and the cheese
on top of the peppers - I make three
slits on each side of the dough and
braid the bread - I tuck the ends under
and egg wash the bread. Put bread
into a preheated oven of 375 and bake
25 minutes or until golden brown.
Good stuff.
